Justin at Freewheel Bike in Eagan was very experienced and helpful in helping me choose my first Fat Bike and getting it accessorized for the winter trails. I absolutely love my new Trek Farley 5! So glad I opted to go with the studded tires as the trails yesterday in Lebanon were glare ice! Also glad I opted for the 45NRTH Cobrafist pogies and went with Justin’s recommendation of the Fat Paw hand grips for added warmth and comfort. This was my first time visiting a Freewheel Bike shop. I really liked all the New Bike Benefits you get when you purchase your bike with them, including their Freewheel Fanatics program. Great bike shop! I highly recommend you go see Justin for your next bike!

Had a great experience at Freewheel today! I haven’t consistently ridden a bike in about 8 years, so I went in pretty clueless. Jason listened to my needs and quickly directed me to a couple of models that might be a good fit for me. He gave incredibly detailed and knowledgeable breakdowns of their benefits and drawbacks and helped me confidently make a decision that felt informed and very well suited to my needs. I walked away with a new bike, a kid trailer, and several accessories that are sure to become an integral part of my wellness goals. I was blown away by the excellent experience from start to finish. And we’ll be back very soon to snatch up a pedal assist electric bike for my spouse so we can go out on some family rides. As we were leaving, my spouse said, “I don’t think we’re going to fit all of this in the car!” My reply was, “That’s alright! You take the car. We’ll ride home!” Pic is my daughter and I stopping at a playground on the (very nice) ride home. Shoutout also to Tyson, who helped us with a couple of helmet questions for our kid while Jason was busy in the shop attaching my accessories.

Tyson is absolutely THE BEST! Super knowledgeable and patient and REALLY took the time to be customer oriented and answer questions. I went to a bike store before going into Freewheel in Eagan and had the exact opposite experience. When I entered Freewheel in Eagan, I was greeted right away, did not feel pressured, and ended up purchasing THREE BIKES from them! Talk about the difference in customer experience -and Tyson and the team there were the heart of it all! Super recommend going to Freewheel in Eagan!!
